How to Deposit in TIGERPAY

After logging in to TIGER PAY, select [Deposit] from the menu on the top left of the page.

Select [Local Bank Transfer (Japan)] then click [Money In].

Enter the “Payment amount” then click [Confirm].
Note: A deposit fee of 5% will be charged to your account.

Check if the entered amount is correct.
To edit, click [Back]. Otherwise, click [Submit]

When your application is complete, an email containing a reference number will be sent to your registered email address.
Please transfer the same amount you have indicated in the application.You will need to enter your reference number, which can be found on the email or in the [My Bank Information] section.
Bank deposits will be reflected as follows:
Weekdays: 9:00AM to 11:00PM
Weekends and holidays: 9:00AM to 6:00:PM
To use all features of TIGER PAY, you need to upgrade your account from Fast Account to Standard Account.
